Comments anchor to a specific piece of text, an artifact section, or a message — not just floating in a general feed. Resolve a comment once it's addressed, or reopen it if the conversation isn't actually done.
Suggestions go a step further: proposed edits that require explicit approval before they're merged into the document, rather than changing it immediately.
