Overriding an agent's output

Instead of sending an agent back to retry, you can directly edit what it produced — useful when 90% of a response is right and you just need to fix a detail rather than regenerate the whole thing.

Overrides are recorded with a diff against the original, so the agent's actual output stays visible alongside the human edit.
