Agents don't hold roles the way people do — there's no such thing as making an agent an “Owner.” Instead, every agent has an explicit list of capabilities (read a document, search the web, send a message), each either free to use or marked as needing human approval.
You can see exactly what any agent is allowed to do on its profile — nobody should have to guess.
